Delivery Schedules and Charges

FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS ABOVE $120

Mondays to Saturdays (Excluding Public Holidays)

9am to 2pm: $12

2pm to 6pm: $12

6pm to 9pm: $12

Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays

**Delivery charges might change during peak periods and will be reflected upon checkout

Please note that delivery will be made within the chosen delivery time frame at no specific time. For a shorter specific delivery time frame, please contact us at hello@theflowertale.com for assistance and add in some tips (min $5 to cater for additional costs ) to proceed .

We seek your understanding that we will not be able to cater to delivery time requests during festive seasons due to the high volume of orders.

Additional surcharges

Express delivery charges within 2 hours: $18

Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa ,Restricted areas, Airport Cargo Complex and Airline Road, Tuas, Gul Road, and Pioneer Road: $18

Jurong Island: $25

Due to tighter security measures in the areas stated above, please note that we might need to contact the recipient prior to delivery in order to arrange for the delivery permit for our driver.

Failed Delivery Attempt

We will not be responsible for failed delivery under these circumstances.

If recipient is not present during the time of delivery
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
No contact information on the buyer or recipient given for us to reach out to in order to make the delivery

In the event there is a failed delivery attempt, a second delivery trip will be charged at $25. Please note that we might not be able to schedule it for the same day (especially during peak periods).
